Refund policy

Returns
At Loopsie, operated by MALIQ ENTERPRISES, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can initiate a return request within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in their original condition

  • Returned in the original packaging with all tags and freebies intact

  • Tamper-proof seals (if any) must be unbroken

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused or result in partial refunds.

Exchanges
If your order is defective, damaged, or doesn’t suit you, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. You can exchange for the same product or choose another item from our store. Exchanges are processed at the order level and limited to one exchange per order.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized or engraved jewelry

  • Mystery boxes or surprise packs

  • Clearance sale or discounted promotional items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards and promotional bundles

All final sale items are clearly labeled on product pages and at checkout.

Return Shipping

  • We provide free reverse pickup for defective or incorrect items.

  • For non-defective returns, return shipping fees range between ₹49–₹99 depending on location.

  • Please be available to coordinate pickup and respond to courier communications.

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may be asked to ship the item back yourself, with reimbursement up to ₹70.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned items, typically within 7 business days.

  • You will be notified via email or WhatsApp when your return is received.

  • Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds are issued as store credit after you provide bank details for transfer.

  • Refunds usually reflect within 3–5 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

Important

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect orders, please notify MALIQ ENTERPRISES (Loopsie) within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing videos and photos showing the issue, packaging, and labels intact.

  • Insufficient evidence may result in claims being declined.

  • Return and exchange requests are processed per order, not per individual product.

  • Missing items in returns may be deducted from your refund at the product’s full price, including promotional gifts.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before shipment confirmation. After shipping, return policies apply.

Lost or Damaged Returns
MALIQ ENTERPRISES (Loopsie) is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit. We recommend using tracked shipping and keeping proof of shipment.
